I was listened to sensitively throughout the process and Lewis patiently suggested a range of options, offering test drives where appropriate. There was a delay to the delivery process but he kept me informed. All paperwork was dealt with efficiently

Sytner service standards have dropped recently. I was informed that I will be given a call back in a week time about warranty approval of the job, but no one has contacted me. I have made 4 calls since but no service staff member has responded.

The disappointment on the visit was the interaction of Motability with service team. I had to defer brake work at my service on April 8th to April 22nd. For no obvious reason this was queried by Motability from 9:30am to 3pm when it was authorised.

On collecting the vehicle there was a lot of brake grease and grime inside my car you can see where this transferred into my clothes from photos. I asked for the car to be washed/ vacuumed but this wasn't done. Seat covers not used.

Wrong diagnosis of fault. Felt the diagnostic fee of £120.00 was a complete waste as it was incorrect. The repair cost through BMW would have been massively excessive.

I was hoping to have the car back in the expected two hours and that is exactly how long it took. The courtesy wash had not been done but I elected not to go back to ask for it and would have declined it had the omission been pointed out.

No problem with the work carried out but was disappointed in the almost 4 hour wait! I did have a brake fluid service in addition to the Mot but it is still a long time for a while you wait service. Work is usually carried out in less than 2 hours.

I wasn't 100% satisfied simply due to the length of time it took to repair the car despite it being a relatively straightforward issue. I dropped the car off on the 9am Friday morning but didn't get it back again until 1pm the following Wednesday.

As a current BMW owner, Sytner's team worked extremely creatively and proactively to ensure that my next vehicle was another BMW. Kallum and Arafat especially helpful and definitely went 'the extra mile' to retain me as a BMW customer.
